Great opportunity in realizations of a match with participation of Fischer! January 27 Robert Fischer has given radio station in Reykjavik an interview, in which he has stated immediate consent to play , under the condition that it will be FischeRandom Chess. Kramnik press-conference (10.12.2001) QUESTION: Ever have any contact with Fischer? Kramnik: No I never have, but he is a unique talent, still I would be very interested to meet him on the chessboard, even though he has other views I don't agree with. It's shame for chessworld, but there's no reaction yet on Fischer's statement to play match vs. top grandmaster!!!! |
